Half Round Miniclips hold the side panel.

Notice that the kneewall keeps the glass from swinging into the shower. The kneewall should have been made with the corner cut off and the surface near the shower at 90° to the door. The shower is big enough for the door to swing in.
In this situation the door would be mitered at 45° and the panel would be flat polished.
