Hi Tom,
I have been really busy at work and have not had time to email you the photo of my shower enclosure as promised. I hope to make time this weekend to do it. I did however want to express my satisfaction with the whole experience with everyone at Wilson Glass. Your customer service reps were certainly some of the most knowledgeable individuals I have spoken to in the industry. This certainly helps make the process less confusing and much more fun. You not only had the absolute best price on the glass and the hardware but the hardware arrived in a mere 2 days and the glass was ready for pick up at my local tempering house in under a week. (This was more than 2 weeks earlier than promised).
By the way, David at the tempering house was great too! It is not often that you are under-promised and over-delivered. Unfortunately it is usually the opposite. You have restored my faith that great customer service is alive and well in corporate America.
One last comment is the fit. From the hinge pockets and handle holes to the clearances around the jamb, the fit was spot-on. In fact it is much better than most of the locally installed units I have seen here in So.Cal. (You know, the ones the “pros” come out and measure and install) I will certainly brag about my “secret source”, Wilson Glass every time I proudly show off my shower enclosure.
