#1138

Wilson Glass installed this Sliding Pocket door for Patti in Oakland Hills.

Sandblasted 3/8" glass with Coarse Sand makes for an unusual texture.

1-3/4" wide Flat Bar in Bronze Anodized Aluminum, 1/16" thick was glued to the glass to give it a Shoji look. 1/2" U-channel on the sides finished off the edges. The super coase sandblasting chipps the polished edges so covering them worked out well.

Top Hung Hardware.

These rollers are Epco. They do not require a hole in the glass. The hardware we have since then imported from China does require a hole in the glass but ours is about five times less expensive.
(ours x 5 = theirs)
Bronze Anodized Cover plate hides the rectangular rollers. The contractor provided a header for us to mount to. The door slides in a recessed area.
